What is VEDA Workspace?

VEDA Workspace is a business workspace for companies in Thailand, built by Verion. Accounting, documents, approvals and VEDA-assisted work share one set of records, one identity model, and one set of permissions.

What is the difference between VEDA and Verion?

Verion is the company. VEDA Workspace is the product you sign in to. VEDA is also the name of the assistance layer inside the workspace.

What can I actually buy today?

VEDA Accounting is the free complete manual accounting foundation: invoicing, purchasing, VAT, financial reporting and essential stock. VEDA AI, VEDA CRM and payroll-free VEDA HR are separate paid capabilities in the Thailand catalog; Stripe setup is required before self-service payment is opened. Inventory Advanced, Work and Communications are not available yet.

Is Accounting really free?

Yes. VEDA Accounting is available as a complete manual accounting workspace at no charge. No card is required, and creating an account does not begin billing. VEDA AI is paid after its complimentary allowance is used.

How does VEDA use my business data?

VEDA answers inside the modules your organization has enabled, under the permissions of the person asking, and prepares work for a person to review rather than acting on its own. We do not sell your workspace content and Verion does not use it to train models. The Trust & security page sets out the full position.

Does the public website open a workspace directly?

No. Visitors create an account or sign in first, then set up their company workspace.
